Our 60-day guarantee
Every sayaka order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. Try it for up to two full months. If you do not feel a difference, email us at info@sayakafocus.com within 60 days of receiving your order and we will refund your purchase in full, excluding shipping costs. No questions asked. You do not need to return opened bottles.
This guarantee applies once per customer, on your first order of a given product or bundle.
How to request a refund
Email info@sayakafocus.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will confirm your refund within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at info@sayakafocus.com.
Unopened returns
If you simply changed your mind and your products are unopened and sealed, you may also return them within 60 days of delivery for a refund, excluding shipping costs. Contact us first at info@sayakafocus.com to receive the return address and instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first cannot be accepted. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at info@sayakafocus.com with a photo and your order number and we will make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or by emailing us. Cancellation stops all future charges. Orders already processed are covered by the guarantee above.
European Union and United Kingdom customers
If your order ships to the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel your order for any reason. For hygiene and safety reasons, this right does not apply to sealed supplement products that have been unsealed after delivery. Our 60-day guarantee is more generous than the statutory right and applies in addition to it.
Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable.
