Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States only. Want sayaka in your country? Email us at info@sayakafocus.com and we will let you know when we expand.
Shipping costs
Free shipping on all eligible bundles. Shipping costs for other orders are calculated at checkout and shown before payment. No hidden fees.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery estimates
Most orders arrive within [3 to 8] business days after processing. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers, weather, and busy seasons can add time. If your order has not arrived within [12] business days of shipping, email us and we will track it down.
Our products ship from our fulfillment facility in the United States.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking has not updated in 5 business days, contact us at info@sayakafocus.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged, email us a photo and your order number and we will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you. If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with you to resolve it.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately at info@sayakafocus.com. We can usually correct an address before the order ships, but we cannot reroute a package once it is with the carrier. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
PO boxes and military addresses
We ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows. Delivery to military addresses may take longer.
