During the Covid pandemic, I fell into a depression. I was home all day and could not focus on anything, not work, or my daughters, or my husband. I didn’t even have energy to go to the gym.
I started taking more than ten supplements a day hoping something would help (and lots of coffee, I love coffee). It helped, but my sleep was still terrible. Melatonin made me feel groggy in the morning, and no matter what I tried, I kept forgetting to drink water. Simple things stopped happening.
So I made a rule. Five minutes, every morning. I take my supplements, drink a tall glass of water. And at night, a sleep formula with no melatonin.
It worked. Not perfectly. Not like the person I was before. But enough to think clearly again.
With some of my focus back, I spent the rest of that year researching. Reading every study I could find. I wanted to know what was actually working and why. I wanted to build one honest, simple system. Not a magical pill, those don’t exist, or are caffeine-packed.
That is sayaka. I named it after my grandmother. She was calm and sharp her whole life. That is what I was reaching for.
By far, the biggest finding was the ingredients that I put in the sleeping capsule. I now sleep like a baby, something that had never happened before to me.
I take it every single morning. Because I need it too.
